OUR HISTORY
TallOil was founded in 1993 in response to the growing interest in renewable biofuels and concern for the environment. TallOil’s founder, Henrik Lundberg, has been working within the field of bioenergy since the mid-1970s and has a proven track record in systems development and analysis as well as engineering, combustion, gasification and business development.

THE FUTURE
TallOil’s business is aligned with the political development as well as markets’ view on various types of energy. Renewable energy has several advantages over other types of fuels. The most important advantage compared to fossil fuels is that it does not increase the emissions of greenhouse gases where fossil fuels are the biggest source of such emissions. However, until governments take a stand regarding the control of greenhouse gases, bioenergy cannot be utilized to its full potential.
